"Last month you were out of town on a trip, I was in Gaithersburg for a job interview.
My Honda started overheating, steaming, leaking whatever you call it. I was a stranger in a new place, had no connections, didn’t know where to take my car for repair, so I ended up at the Honda dealer. I left it in their good hands, got a hotel room and tried to relax. That afternoon I received the dreaded phone call from the Honda dealer, my engine had overheated, I had a blown head gasket, my cooling fans were not working and I also needed a new radiator – estimate – around $3,500.00 and 3 to 4 days to fix it.
I could not think about it at the time, I was on my way to the job interview, I told them to hold off for a while. While in the office, waiting for my interview, the receptionist told me to call Bill and see what he could do for me.
All my bad luck changed when I called the Car Care Center. You were out of town but Tom handled everything. He somehow retrieved my car from the Honda dealer, replaced a relay or something that makes the cooling fan work, he did replace the radiator and added new anti-freeze to a tune of $600.00. Then he had the car delivered to me at the office before the end of the work day. That night I drove home to Cincinnati and the car worked great.
